Getting the Papers - Overview

Traditionally, most of us just turn to our office journals, departmental library or hospital / university library. The less convenient it is to get the journal article, the more difficult it is to use the ‘Evidence-Based’ principles in practice. Computerised literature searching may identify highly relevant references from journals that we would not normally read.

Accordingly, we suggest you consider subscribing to several of the better online journals and to a source of online reprints. In our experience, this facilitates the integration of EBR into practice. It also frees up some office space, because you only get what you need! Some appropriate links are listed under Online Journals.
